Mike: It's been challenging lately. I'm working at a local cafe, but the manager keeps changing our schedules.
Sarah: That sounds tough. How many hours are you working?

Sarah: Are you getting paid overtime?
Mike: Unfortunately, no. They say it's because I'm a part-time worker.
Sarah: That doesn't sound fair. Have you talked to anyone about this?
Mike: I'm thinking about discussing it with the labor union at the university.
Sarah: That's a good idea. They might be able to help you understand your rights.
Mike: I hope so. I really need this job to pay for my tuition.
